測繪公司資質辦理需要條件：

1、辦公場所：各等級測繪資質單位的辦公場所：甲級不少于600_，乙級不少于150_，丙級不少于40_，丁級不少于20_。

2、 質量管理：甲級測繪資質單位應當通過ISO9000系列質量保證體系認證；乙級測繪資質單位應當通過ISO9000系列質量保證體系認證或者通過省級測繪地理信息行政主管部門考核；丙級測繪資質單位應當通過ISO9000系列質量保證體系認證或者設區的市級以上測繪地理信息行政主管部門考核

3、檔案保密：測繪資質單位應當有健全的測繪成果及資料檔案管理制度和保密制度；設立保密工作機構，配備保密管理人員；確定保密要害部門、部位，明粗豎確保密崗位責任，與涉密人員簽訂保密責任書；測繪成果核心涉密宴凳含人員應當持有省級以上測繪地理信息行政主管部門頒發的涉密人員崗位培訓證書；建立測繪成果核準、登記、注銷、檢查、延期使用等管理制度；生產、存儲、處理涉密測繪成果檔案的設備設施與條件，應當符合國家保密、消防及檔案管理的有關規定和要求。

4、 人員配備：大部分新資質申請需要配備25名人員，其中包括2名高級工程師，8名中級工程師以及15名初級工程師。

5、儀器設備：按各專業標準核算儀器設備數量時，所有權非本單位的、報廢的、檢定有效期已過的儀器設備等，均不能計入。隨著科學技術的發展，性能指標更優越的儀器設備可以替代某一專業標準所規定的相應儀器設備。
